Andrew spent his career investing and advising private, family-owned businesses — first in energy private equity at NGP, then at a Dallas family office, and as a Principal at Six Pillars Partners. Across those roles he was involved in more than ten acquisitions and served as a board advisor across numerous companies. He started Fervent with Paul to give trades business owners the same financial rigor he used to look for as a buyer.
Paul Mackey

Paul comes from the same world — investing in small businesses and middle-market companies at Six Pillars Partners and Paceline Equity Partners. He's been directly involved in numerous acquisitions and worked hands-on with management teams to drive operational and growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, he advised industrials and business services companies through sales and capital raises.
